Our Kitchen
We both learned to cook from our moms. That part is sacred. What happened next is… less sacred.
Ajla keeps the kitchen grounded. Her recipes are the ones you actually want on a Tuesday: clear, comforting, and unlikely to involve a spice blend that needs a passport. Think “normal,” in the best possible way.
Bryce took the mom curriculum and treated it like a dare. Years of trial (and a few errors that shall remain unnamed) produced a palate that is, frankly, unhinged in a good way. He is also a master spice mixer whose seasonings have somehow become world-renowned, the kind of “among the best in the world” claim we would never put on a billboard, except we just did, because the jars keep disappearing and the compliments keep arriving.
Where Ajla makes dinner, Bryce makes a situation. He pushes culinary boundaries to places no reasonable person would map, then brings the dish to the table like this was always the plan.
Bryla’s Kitchen is both of those worlds: her reliable classics and his delicious chaos, written down so family and friends can cook along (and occasionally ask what just happened).
